Cancellation Policy:

• If you choose to cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival, or fail to arrive the first nights room rate / per room is retained as a cancellation fee. 
• If you choose to change your existing booking within 7 days of your arrival date, a $50.00 administartion fee will apply per room.
• If you cancel your booking outside the 7 days period, a $ 50.00 administration fee will apply per room.
